Sales and payment

Orders for the LoopLoup+ software are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. As such, Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of the licence: it collects payment, issues the invoice and handles the VAT or sales tax applicable in your country. No card details ever pass through or are stored by the publisher of this site.

Intellectual property

The LoopLoup+ software, the vision360studioplus.com website, and all of their text, images, interfaces, logos and graphic elements are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. LoopLoup+ and Vision 360 Studio Plus are trading names of the publisher. Any reproduction, display, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

LoopLoup+ includes open-source software components, distributed under their respective licences. The full list of those components and licences can be viewed from within the application.

Purchasing a LoopLoup+ licence grants a personal, non-exclusive right to use the software. It transfers no ownership of the software, and does not permit resale, redistribution or reverse engineering.

Content you create with the software

The audio files you import, transform or export with LoopLoup+ belong to you. The publisher claims no rights over your productions and has no access to them: all audio processing happens entirely on your own computer. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold the necessary rights to the files you use.

Liability

The publisher makes every effort to keep this information accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing completeness. LoopLoup+ works with local audio files, and you are advised to keep backups of your data. The publisher cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from a lack of backups, hardware failure, or improper use of the software.

2 · Privacy policy

The principle, in one sentence: LoopLoup+ runs entirely on your computer. Your audio files, your library and the analysis derived from them never leave your machine and are never sent to us. The only data we handle is what relates to your order and your messages to us.

Data controller

What we collect, and why

When you write to us or reserve your spot. We receive your e-mail address and the content of your message. We use it to reply and, if you asked for it, to let you know when sales open. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps. Retention: up to 3 years after our last exchange.

When you buy a licence. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, collects the data needed for the order: name, e-mail address, country, billing and payment information. We only see order information (name, e-mail, country, product, amount): we never see your card details. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: 10 years for accounting records, as required by French law.

When you activate your licence. The software sends your licence key and a technical identifier for your computer to Lemon Squeezy's servers, in order to verify that the licence is valid and to bind it to your device. No information about your audio files, your library or your activity inside the software is transmitted. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

When you visit this website. We consult aggregated traffic statistics provided by Cloudflare (number of visits, pages viewed, countries). These statistics use no cookies and cannot identify you individually. Technical logs containing IP addresses are also briefly retained by the host for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring audience and protecting the site.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies: no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics tool requiring your consent. That is why you are not shown a cookie banner. If you make a purchase, the Lemon Squeezy checkout page may set cookies strictly necessary for its operation and for transaction security; those fall under Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy.

Who receives your data

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes. It is only processed by the providers required to run the service:

Transfers outside the European Union

Lemon Squeezy and Cloudflare are established in the United States, so some data may be transferred there. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@vision360studioplus.com. We reply within one month at the latest. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr — or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the publisher and protected by authentication. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to industry security standards.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

3 · Refunds and right of withdrawal

In short: try the software free for 14 days before buying anything, and if the full version isn't right for you, you have 14 days to get your money back, no questions asked.

Try before you buy

LoopLoup+ comes with a 14-day free trial, no card required. The trial lets you confirm that the software runs on your computer and fits the way you work before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to use it.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the full licence isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without having to give a reason.

Just write to contact@vision360studioplus.com with the e-mail address used for the order and, if you have it, the order number. The refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, within 14 days of the request being accepted.

Statutory right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately after purchase, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download begins, provided you expressly agreed to this and acknowledged losing that right (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

The commercial guarantee described above deliberately goes beyond that legal minimum: we accept refund requests for 14 days even when the software has already been downloaded and activated.

After a refund

Once a refund has been issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and the software must no longer be used. Your audio files and exports of course remain yours and stay on your computer.

Limits

We reserve the right to decline a request in cases of clear abuse — in particular repeated purchases and refunds of the same product, or a licence deactivated following unauthorised sharing or resale.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@vision360studioplus.com: the vast majority of situations are resolved with a simple exchange. As Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for the licence, its own customer service can also be contacted for any question regarding payment or invoicing.

Failing an amicable settlement, the European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
